ChronoFlow LLC Privacy Policy

Welcome! ChronoFlow LLC, the creator of the TIVAL application (the "App" or "TIVAL"), wants you to understand how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and secured when you use the App. The ChronoFlow LLC Terms & Conditions, found posted via the link above (please read it), states that Your access or use of the App is considered Your unqualified agreement to abide by both this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

In general, your personal information is used to insure operation of the App on your personal device of choice, and to improve it's operation. We do NOT sell your information, although it may be shared as described below.

Interpretation and Definitions

The following capitalized words have the following meanings:

• "Account" means a unique account created by a User to access the App.
• "App" means the software program, provided by ChronoFlow LLC and downloaded by You on any electronic Device, named TIVAL.
• "Cookies" are small files that are placed on Your Device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, or any other Internet-capable electronic device) for Your Information to be stored and retrieved over the Internet.
• "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
• "Information" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual or Device..
• "You" and "Your" means or refers, respectively, to the individual using the App (the "User").

Your privacy is respected and protected as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Examples and Types of Information Collected and Stored

A. Personal Information: Account Information (such as name and email address); task details and any such content you choose to share through the App.

B. Non-personal Information: Device operational details (such as manufacturer, OS and version, model); App feature usage (e.g., world clock, MIVS timer); and crash reports.

C. Cookies and Tracking: Cookies and similar tools are used to analyze how you use the App, how well the App functions on the Device to improve your experience with the App, storing Your Account information and Your timer history, and for Your shared data.

2. How Your Information is Used

Your data is used, for example:

• to improve existing features and provide data for identifying and fixing App bugs, and for incorporating new features into future versions of the App;
• to enable sharing of App data for the Task feature;
• to personalize your App experience;
• to send update and support messages for the App;
• to analyze the App performance;
• to ensure the security of the App and Your information; and
• to communicate with You (such as newsletters and promotions) via the email contact Information You have entered into the App (see Section 5 below regarding opt out).

3. Sharing Your Information

Your Information will not be sold.

Your information may be shared, for example:

• A. With Other Users: content shared with other Users is visible to them.
• B. With Service Providers: A "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes the App data on behalf of the ChronoFlow LLC. It refers to third-party companies or individuals hired by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the App on behalf of the ChronFlow LLC, to perform services related to the functionality of the App, and to assist ChronFlow LLC in analyzing how the App is used.
• C. When Legally Required: such as in response to a duly issued subpoena, warrant, order, or other legal action or judgment.
• D. In Connection with Potential or Actual Business Transfers: to evaluate or facilitate any acquisition or license of the App, including negotiations therefor, by a third party from ChronoFlow LLC, or to evaluate or facilitate an acquisition, merger, sale, or other change in the business structure or organization of ChronoFlow LLC.

4. Security of Your Information

Best efforts are used to provide the App and facilitate its operation by using secure systems and encryption to protect Your Information. However, no method is 100% secure. Please use the App responsibly, and think about what you're sharing.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• A. Managing Your Data: You can update or delete Information such as Your Account information, timer history, and any shared data.
• B. Promotional Communications: You can opt out at any time.
• C. Retention of Your Information: Your Information is retained only as long as needed to allow You to use the App or to comply with legal requirements.

6. International Users

Your Information may be stored on one or more servers in countries in which you are not present or do not reside. By using the App, you are explicitly acknowledging and agreeing to this provision.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, and without prior notice. Please check back here periodically for any changes.
